The YWCA of Racine is committed to providing individualized planning and support to those who are in need of vocational support.

We have experienced employment specialists who work with each client to develop an employment plan customized to meet a consumer’s individual needs. 

This plan can include a detailed strategy for job searching, a list of potential employers, resume development, course-work in soft-skills training,  referrals for community resources, job readiness training, a computer skills assessment and computer skills training, self-awareness training with a life coach and much more.   Each plan is designed to match the needs of the individual.  

We have a proven track record of placing our consumers into long-term employment and supporting them in their journey to reach their goals.  We do not stop until our clients are secured in permanent positions that meet their skills, and most importantly, me make sure our clients are fully satisfied with our services.
