Kid's Klub is a before and after school program for boys and girls in local elementary schools. It is curriculum based with homework assistance, leadership development, arts and crafts, interactive learning games, science exploration, sports and fitness activities.

To enroll your child(ren) please download the forms on the left sidebar of this webpage and return them to either a Kid's Klub program site or the YWCA of Racine's administrative offices at 1540 S. Green Bay Road, Racine WI 53405.  Forms can also be submitted via fax (262) 898-1425.

All forms are due on or before the day your child starts programming with the exception of the the immunization records which must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment.
